JRC Realty is seeking opportunities to acquire single-tenant investment properties under $5 million across the United States. We specialize in mid-term and short-term leases, and all of our properties have a short- and mid-term exit plan based on the current market conditions and projected future conditions. The major factors we consider when purchasing a property outside of general cap ex are the rental rate compared to the overall market, the relative performance in the local/regional area, and how the building appeals potential future tenants.

We take great pride in our tenant relationships and focus on acquiring tenants in industries we’re familiar with. A long-term relationship with tenants is the key to our success.
